Global Leadership - International Study Tour

Learners have the opportunity to spend an immersive week on-campus with Smith School of Business as part of this unique international Study Tour. Smith is annually ranked as one of Canada's top business schools, offering in-demand Executive MBA programs. Students experience a series of sessions taught by award-winning Smith faculty, while also having the opportunity to engage and visit local industry and organizations. This non-credit international study tour, in partnership with Smith School of Business, was created as an opportunity for Lagos School of Business MBA students and alumni to strengthen their skills and strategies to lead across borders in an increasingly global economy. The curriculum consisted of content targeting key business topics within a North American context, including: - Strategic Innovation & Entrepreneurship - Transformational Leadership - Collaborative Corporate Relationships - Introduction to Sustainable Investing - Negotiation & Cross-Cultural Management - Demystifying AI
